Dear Paul,
I felt a sense of relief as soon as I spoke with you. You see, I had given up hope until you called my daughter's cell phone. I chose to return that call and, at that moment, I knew from the sound of your voice and the content of our conversation, that you were someone I could trust. I never doubted you or Denise for a minute. Having trust in someone, without every meeting in person, is quite amazing in our world today.
My deepest fear was to let my mother's house go into foreclosure. My mother lived to be 94 years old, was a class and so very smart. I think she knew that I could not afford to keep the house, even though she always wanted me to live there. My moving back to Chicago was not an option for several reasons, primarily financial and job security.
I was so lucky to have had her with me for her last 3 years. My daughters and I were able to take very good care of her and honestly, had so much fun with her.
All of that was besides the point in my heart. You helped me to avoid that fear of disgracing her name with a foreclosure on her home. I had carried that burden for 2 years and being in Florida made it so difficult.
I am everlastingly grateful to you and Denise. Your efficiency in handling this was exemplary. Most important was your compassion and understanding. I know that 'business is business' but we still need good people in the world.
I look forward to meeting you one day. I may be in Chicago during the summer. I have submitted my resume and application to the Chicago Public Schools so time will tell.

I choose Paul to be my
Realtor because of his professionalism and even more so his presentation, from
day one.
I heard about him when he sold the house across the street in 25 days and I was
impressed!
Paul earned my business the day he came out to analyze the value of the
property. I had decided before meeting with him that I didn't want to pay a
commission, but I listen to his sell technique and decided to give him a try.
He told me to give him 30 days.
When 3 wks had gone by I told him I have an offer and might be able sell it on
my own. I wanted to know what would happen if I cancelled and tried to sell ‘by
owner’. What charges would had I incurred? I enquired.
His answer was; “I hope you would allow me to sell it but if you choose to
cancel, we can talk. I really hope you would give me at least two more weeks
and if it’s not gone by then we can certainly talk” There was no anger or
resentment. He was calm and understanding.
I thought that with that kind of patience he will always succeed. How can you
say no to someone with that type of attitude?
Three days later my house was sold! Thank you Paul for being a man of your
word, thank you for your enthusiasm and your professionalism.

I’ve been reflecting on the many phone calls, emails and paperwork required for my closing. It was certainly a long process, but I totally admire your expertise in handling every aspect of it. Thanks for responding promptly to my tons of questions, concerns and numerable phone calls. I am totally grateful to Denise for her understanding, patience and diligence.

A short sale is a great option in preventing
foreclosure. My wife and I completed a short sale with Carby King Realty. What a relief! Initially, we were worried how this would
impact our credit. We learned that short
sales have become a much more common practice due to the recent economy.
Furthermore, a short sale will only appear as a negative on your credit for 2
years! Whereby, a foreclosure, can last
for years to come. Short selling your home will not cost you a penny and it
will definitely lift a heavy burden and help you sleep better at night! Now, we can rebuild financially and save a
little more.
