I choose Paul to be my Realtor because of his professionalism and even more so his presentation, from day one.
I heard about him when he sold the house across the street in 25 days and I was impressed!
Paul earned my business the day he came out to analyze the value of the property. I had decided before meeting with him that I didn't want to pay a commission, but I listen to his sell technique and decided to give him a try. He told me to give him 30 days.
When 3 wks had gone by I told him I have an offer and might be able sell it on my own. I wanted to know what would happen if I cancelled and tried to sell ‘by owner’. What charges would had I incurred? I enquired.
His answer was; “I hope you would allow me to sell it but if you choose to cancel, we can talk. I really hope you would give me at least two more weeks and if it’s not gone by then we can certainly talk” There was no anger or resentment. He was calm and understanding.
I thought that with that kind of patience he will always succeed. How can you say no to someone with that type of attitude?
Three days later my house was sold! Thank you Paul for being a man of your word, thank you for your enthusiasm and your professionalism.
